I've had an ongoing personal battle with resistance and limiting beliefs.

Worrying about failure, worrying about rejection, worrying about criticism, and what others may think.

Resistance is that inner voice that consistently whispers that you're not good enough and plants seeds of doubt in your mind.

Limiting beliefs are those negative core values that we hold which hinder us in some way.

We may speak positively about a situation, but internally, we suffer doubt.

We think things like; I don't... I can't... I mustn't... I'm not...

But how do you overcome resistance?
